Harmful effects of sleep deprivation

Welcome my dear friends!
As youngsters, we all want to sleep late.  Night is the time to catch up some assignments, movie, video-game or friends. We seldom want to sleep for eight hours when survive the day by sleeping for only 5 to 6 hours maybe 4 hours sometimes, don't we? Nonetheless, sleeping is a vital to the human body as breathing. It not only refreshes you, but it energizes you for the day ahead. But what happens if you haven't slept for enough hours or you haven't slept at all? Sleeping helps us in keeping our heart healthy and our mind sharp. If we don't sleep adequately, we expose ourselves to increase blood pressure and irregular heart beat.  And nobody wants to have health issues at teenagers! There is no doubt that we concentrate better and there is is much peace needed. In the last I would say that please sleep for 8 to 9 hours..........
